That under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that if they were present it would be likely that exempt information under Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act (as amended) would be disclosed to them.

NOTES:
Most meetings of the East Midlands Police Authorities Joint Committee (EMPAJC) are open to the press and public and all are welcome to attend at the time and address indicated on the front of this agenda. The next meetings of the EMPAJC are scheduled for 6 June, 5 September and 12 December 2011.
The press and public are likely to be excluded from the meeting during consideration of agenda items D1 and D2 as they disclose exempt information as described in paragraph 3 schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) concerning the financial or business affairs of the authorities.
