Terms of Reference
Membership: 5 Quorum: not applicable.
Arrange for the appointment of the Chief Constable, Deputy Chief Constable and Assistant Chief Constables subject to regulations and the involvement of the Home Secretary.
To arrange for the appointment of the Chief Executive and the Treasurer and for the designation of the Monitoring Officer. Make recommendations to the Authority as appropriate in relation to the above matters.
