1. To consider appeals from civilian members of staff against dismissal in accordance with Disciplinary and or Redundancy Procedures
   
   
2. The carrying out of the functions of the Authority under Regulation 10 of the Police Regulations 1995 (business interests incompatible with membership of a Police Force) in respect of Officers below the rank of Assistant Chief Constable.
