2. Reports in the public part of the agenda include a list of background papers. The press and public are likely to be excluded from the meeting during consideration of agenda items C2 and C3 as they disclose exempt information as described in schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended). These reports contain information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the Authority holding that information).
