During the visit to the Custody Suite the Independent Custody Visitor's talk to the detainees and inspect the facilities, such as kitchen, medical room and cells. A visiting report form is completed during the visit and any concerns are discussed with the Custody Officer who signs the form. The information recorded by the Independent Custody Visitor's during their visits is collated and displayed in a table for the Professional Standards Committee to scutinised. These tables are available to view below.
