Financial Regulations

The Financial Regulations (PDF, 487KB) are the rules established by the Authority for the spending of public money. They describe the financial arrangements approved by the Authority.

  • Ensuring that the public money entrusted to us is used efficiently and effectively. 

Independent Audit

The accounts are independently audited by the Audit Commission (the Authority's External Auditor).  The Auditors reports annually to Members of the Authority in the Annual Audit Letter.

The Authority is required to inform people within Lincolnshire of the conclusion of the audit and the availability of the statement of accounts.
