John Atter
John Atter joined the Lincolnshire Police Authority in 2007 after careers in the Royal Marines and with the RSPCA. He has lived in Lincolnshire with his wife since 1998 and has a grown up son and daughter.
Expertise and experience in previous careers have centred on strategic planning and operational management. His special interests now focus on communication and engagement with the Lincolnshire public and communities.
He is currently chairman of the South Lincolnshire Community Safety Partnership, which he represents on the Lincolnshire Criminal Justice Board
