John Walker
John Walker is an Independent Member of the Authority. He is a solicitor and brings extensive experience in public law and administration, the Criminal Justice system and management gained working as a senior lawyer in a number of Local Authorities, the Crown Prosecution Service and as an Employment Judge. He also sits on the Police Appeals Tribunal. His interest is in lateral thinking and asking questions "outside the box".
