My Role
My role is to provide high quality, customer-focused clerical and administrative support to the Lincolnshire Police Authority. My main areas of work include:-
- Providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive, Treasurer and Chairman of the Authority including the drafting and management of correspondence, word processing, preparation of presentations and email management.
- Providing proactive management of the diaries of the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive, Treasurer and Chairman of the Authority, prioritizing and arranging meetings, organizing travel and accommodation and providing advance papers as necessary.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to all staff in the Lincolnshire Police Authority, including the maintenance of electronic and paper based filing systems, word processing, photocopying, collection, receipt and despatch of mail, liaison with other organisations, taking messages, ordering and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Input data from Independent Custody Visiting report forms into quarterly report tables, including the provision of statistics.
- Assist the Engagement and Communications Officer to maintain and upload content on the Police Authority’s website and intranet pages.
- Canvass dates, book accommodation, organise car parking, refreshments and lunches for Authority, Committee and other meetings
